Hi I have my finger prints at Manchester , NH Scheduled for March 10th 2003. But, I am staying in KC for a project. Is it possible to give my finger prints at the local INS office? Any body with a similar situation. Please advice. Sonali :)

Regards to the Interim EAD Do we have to count 90 days from the Receipt date or the notice date in order to collect the interim EAD from the local INS office.

When can we get the EAD from the local INS if it crosses 90 days. I was wondering if the 90 days count from the ND or the RD.

As long as your EAD is valid you need not worry about your H1. For going out of the country , I think if you have a valid H1 B visa stamping that should work out or else if you do have a ADP even that should work. One thing is for sure that you should not have any RFE while you are in 485 stage...

:confused: The immigration.com shows its current for the EAD approvals for the applications filed now. Mine was * Filed in the month of Dec 2002 . * RD Jan 05th 2003 Curious to know if any body got their EAD approved . Any inputs will be appreciated.... Sonali :confused:
