Welcome to the club !!!!! We are all waiting but rest easy, you have only a week since the interview. Some here are from September 23rd and we didn't hear from it yet... yeah, paiful and agonizing process now that we are only one step away of it...
We will post here as soon as the letter...
Don't get over excited by the email perspective as it does not work at all or at least do not work for Miami cases. I'm almost through all the process and if you search my case since the beginning it says that the case can't be found...
As for the email flag I can't understand your question...
It is not exactly the same but my friend had her fingerprint happening when Katrina arrived. She called the INS office and they said it would be automatically changed. Anyway she sent their request to a new date with the justification but a couple of weeks later she got the new date which, by...

Cheers :)

Bump... Anyone with news about oath cerimonies in Miami for the rest of october and whole November?
I'm planning to go visit my country from Dec 18 to Jan 2nd. Any ideas if they set up cerimonies during this period in past years?
I had to travel during the interview waiting period and the examiner just asked me to complete the form with the newer dates and no problem at all. Approved in the end and waiting for the oath cerimony invitation. Anyway not even with the new travel I've reached six month out of the country...
Since my interview letter my status change for not available on line - or something like that - I was interviewed and approved and the status remain the same...lot of reports that it keeps this way even after you get your naturalization certificate... hope they fix it because it would take away...
If you were interviewed and awaiting oath cerimony in Miami please post your interview date and when receiving the oath notice please post it so that we try to keep track if we are in the range.
My interview date was 09/23
no oath letter yet (too soon)
Last cerimony I know was on 10/03...

Well, I was interviewed on the 26th of September so it seems I will have to wait for some time for the oath. Does anyone know how many oaths they are doing in Miami per year? each month/two/three...etc?
Did they give you the receipt of the interview with "congratulations, you've seemed to fulfill all the requirements for your naturalization" or it was marked "it was not possible to grant your approval yet because.....".
Cheers
Hi Alice... I have a coworker here that had it transferred for a couple of weeks ago and went through the oath already but don't get too nervous as they are spreading all activities over some dates. My wife was to get fingerprint at the date and she got the new appointment letter yesterday only...
