I am confused about the priority date issued by CSC.
I used a substitute labour (EB3) from Mar 2001 to file my I-140/485. Today I recieved the FP notice and the priority date says Dec 15th , 2004 the date my application was recieved by CSC. I am assuming this is just a mistake by a officer ...
