485 approved IIO is right
Just heard the message last night. IIO is right in saying they are clearing up cases before Aug 1, 1999. Approval also includes my wife and daughter. My details; EB3, Country=Others, NJ PD 7/1/96 RD 4/29/99 ND 5/27/99 FP 3/9/00 No RFE Called IIO 3 times in the last 4 weeks. Wrote a...- Rob Ferido

Got the following response from IIO this morning "No Final decision has been made on your case at this time" What does this exactly means ,any similar responses, your comments will be highly appreciated. My info EB3 Other PD 7/1/96 RD 4/27/99 ND 5/27/99 FP 3/2000 Thanks- Rob Ferido
