New Thread- I 140 application is more than 180 days!
I140/485 Concurrent filings Per VSC, I was told that if you had filed initially I140 and then took advantage of new concurrent filing and filed I-485, I765 and I131 then you I140 would be pulled out and will be processed as per the schedule processing of I-485. I do not know if this is true...- Mike_Metal
