All I went for my Advance parole interview on dec 29th to Newark office and I got the paper done on the same day. I enquired about my 485 case to the officer and she told me normally it takes 90 -120 days to send out an interview letter after they received the case from the main center.

I didn't receive any transfer letter from INS buddy. I really don't know did they transfer my case or not my case was transfered on November 17th.

Surika I dont think so you have to take your lawyer along with you when you are going for an interview. Would you please share your RD for your 485.

I applied My Ap renewal on 11/16/2004. On 11/18/2004 My 485 case was transfered from vermont to Newark. On 11/29/2004 My Advance parole was transfered from vermont to newark.
