    now iio says approved Another lady picked up and says "Case Approved", i didnt change cmpny, but my cmnpy name changed , will wait for the approval papers.

    Morning I heard on AVM and it says Approved on July 31, I called IIO just now and she says still Pending, and when I said about AVM , she says give it some time, ... I know this is not the usual case, any ideas anybody nd Apr 2000. July 02 rfe for emp letter, please let me know - thanks

    Khoka makes sense. maybe u should contact the Senator, but I wouldnt blame myself for having contacted anybody, we try to do what is best, and usually it works out, hopefully it will work out for you too. Good Luck

    waiti485, did ur company name change. ur case seems to be so unusual, if ur company name did change, then maybe they put it on hold and now they process it. all the best.

    No Title i cant help but think that the IIO gave u wrong info, after all we saw quite a few posts here who got approvals with both I140 ammend. and no ammend. so lets hope thats the way it works !!

    No Title so it means I have a pretty good chance of rxing another rfe, ok we just have to wait and see, I have the DOB cert issued on our name, so need to hope for the best, thanks all.

    No Title vsc1973, i am sorry at being so persistent, but I still do not understand why u got rfe for dob, when did u submit the Magesterial .... and before that what did u supply, did u give only affidavits, thanks !!
