Contact DOL for explanation of FIFO and fairness It is listed on http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/pdf/backlog_faqs_5-2-05.pdf that they will follow FIFO, but also declare a lot of "We're unable to ...". If u think unfair and want to know what they "are able to ...", why not...

Hi, how do we know whether our case being closed, or even the application lost somewhere during the transisition? My PD is July 03 and never got 45-day letter -- a quite worrisome sign. Are we on the same boat?

I am on the same boat: sending emails twice w/o getting any response :mad: Even :confused: , my PD is July, 2003 and I have gor no 45-letter :mad: What are they doing there, do they realy follow the FIFO :mad:
