No Title My case just got approval. It took 3 months. Don\'t worry, I think maybe the officer who got your case took vacation this period. It seems yours is similar to mine. If possible, call IIO to try.

Finally got approval My I-140 got approval on Dec 26. It took pretty long time (exactly 3 months) but finally got through. Good luck to all of you.

No Title I just talked to IIO but he can\'t tell me any information. He just told me INS right now processes the cases of the first week of Nov. He let employer or attorney call back if there is still no news after 60 days. So bad.

It seems no new approval during past two weeks It seems VSC stopped progress at Sept notice date. Is there any new information?
