No Title Form I-9 says that you can show teh receipt to the employer if you don\'t hav ethe card and show the card within 90 days. It seems to me that you don\'t need to have the card as long as you have receipt. Please check the I-9 instruction and give your feedback.

No Title I don\'t think your company has the rights to hold on 485, ap and ead information. Unlike I140 which company sponsed, you are supposed to be the applicants for 485, ap and ead. This is my own opinion.

Just heard from the voice msg that my wife and my EADs were approved on Oct 28 (Saturday?!). It says the cards have been ordered. Question: anybody knows how long it will take from approval to actually receive the card? Thanks My info 485 and 765 ND: Sept 21
