Mumbai has rec'd my case as well and they mention that they are expect to schedule me for Sept. I had not gotten responses to earlier e-mail because I accidently sent them to NIV. I got a response from IV the very next day. Customer service does appear to be pretty good.

My case was forwarded to the Mumbai consulate on July 01. NVC reviewed my case on June 28. I may be postponing my interview, though, to November, as I may go to India then. gcOgc

Bad luck, it is the reconfirmation letter. Refer to the discussions about it. You\'ll have to send a letter stating that you are still interested in CP as opposed to AOS.
