Got 2nd FP notice I am a Dec 2001 applicant with AC-21. I got my 2nd FP notice just recently after I contacted our local congressman Pete Stark and senator Diane Feinstein. Pete Stark was quite helpful and was instrumental in getting me the FP notice. Maybe you should try those avenues. Good luck.
