    after resond for RFE

    Was approved within a day in my case Rfe for EAD SENT NOV 5TH, AND WAS APPROVED ON NOV 6TH, 2001. Card was also received within a week.

    New Processing Times for VSC shows no movement for 485?

    Its only an update to the processing time that was released on Jan 25, 2002 When INS releases the processing times for Febraury, it will have the current processing date for I485. Probably it will be released in the end of Febraury or early March...

    Immig gurus - 485 approval when outside country

    There should not be any problem..... However, I have read postings that at the Port of Entry the Immig officer may ask you to get your passport stamped at INS ASAP, and then report back to him at the airport.

    Strange RFE AVM message/VSC, is it normal ?

    Dont worry your case will be approved soon.... This strange message will be there in most cases when the RFE is received by the INS. But it will only take the usual processing time to approve after RFE has been received. These days it appears to be few weeks. you can expect your approval...

    There should not be any problem... My RD is 8/2, ND 9/26,state VA, and I just now got my FP notice scheduled for 1/29. So there is agood possibility that you will receive your FP notice only after you come back. Also there is atleast 3 weeks time between your receipt of FP notice and FP date...

    Could anyone tell me why the FP dates on infitime.com are not continuous like RD and ND?

    No Title It appears that FP issuance varies from state to state of applicants residence. Applicants from certain states receives FP notice much faster than applicants from other states. Thats why see fp dtes in random.
