No Title Ciba and otheres, Does CSC differentiate EB2 or EB3 based on country,ND & PD in processing 485 ? There is lot of EB2 approvals with ND/12/00 but there are lot of EB3 485 with ND/99. Any comments.

What is happening to old EB3 485 cases with ND/99? There are so many people waiting with ND/99. But the processing time shows 12/00. It\'s really ridiculous. Why don\'t CSC follow the order? Did anybody get their approval with ND/99 cases recently? Please comment

My 485 got approved last week (2/8/2001). My case is very very old. Atlast CSC cleared my case. My PD is 12/95. I contacted IIO 3 months back. She told that they are approving EB3 with ND/RD 10/1999 even JIT showed 5/2000. She asked me to wait for 3 to 4 months. Atlast i contact my approval...

Hi All, I spoke with an IIO to check the status of my 11/99 ND EB3 India case. She told me that CSC is processing oct/99 cases for EB3 india and nov/2000 cases for EB2. I told her that JIT report says december 2000. She told it is only for EB2. For EB3, there is a big backlog with lot of 99...
