try going to the asc early in the morning first and the worst that could happen is they will send you back, it is still better than calling the 1800 number and resceduling it which takes about 2-3 months. Best of luck.

The answers you mentioned , are they valid for the concurrent cases as well ???? because there seems be some confusion for the people who file concurrently some people mentioning that the law is not clear for AC21 to be applied for concurrent cases even when 140 is approved. Thanks

You can always call INS and find the status of your application, I called TSC 2 twice last week about my status and they were pretty helpful. My rd is july 2002, they let me know that it would take another 2 months to process my case, so why not try calling.
