I am a GC holder and is planning to go to India and get married in summer. Can anyone suggest what are ways of getting GC or Visa for spouse. As you all may know it takes around 3 yrs. to get one. Does anyone knows the rules of FIANCEE Visa. Thanks in advance

Stamped on 08/12/02 at Baltimore INS but still waiting for the card and AVM never changed to "card ordered"

Officer took everything and also kept a note of it.

I called but per them it may take 6 months but thats not case. I saw many posting that people are getting it in 4 weeks.

My case was approved on 1st Aug. 02 and Stamping was done on 12th Aug. at Baltimore but AVM never got changed saying "Card has been ordered". My friend who did stamping 3 days later then me got the card last week. Do you know what is the process to follow up for the card. Help is highly...
