Tracker krishnabaderia - I am sorry if I confused you. The case which went to Phil DOL on Nov 28 is not mine. It is belonging to some other employee from our company. He got it filed in Jan 2003. I don't have any other details at the moment.

The case which has been moved from DL SESA to Phil DOL is not mine. Today, I got it confirmed thru the Attroney. But it got moved on Nov 28 2003. So some thing is happening in DL SESA.

I couldn't find whether it is my LC which was moved to Phil DOL on Nov 28. But my employer said, there is one more LC which was filed before my LC. I presume this was filed in Jan end. I will keep you posted as soon as I get more info.

hi guys, Today, Phil AVM got updated. One more LC through our company got moved to Phil DOL. I think, it is mine. Mine was filed on Feb-11-2003. I will get it confirmed tomorrow and will udpate you.

Update. Just wanted to give you an update guys. My employer told me that one DL LC (EB2RIR) that was filed in Dec got approved at the state level. I don't know the exact date when it was filed in Dec.
