that's correct.. if u do not get an RFE, you do not have a Case #.. folks, my labor was filed in Dec 2001 and i had an RFE, my lawyer did furnish the papers required for RFE and it reached DOL on Mar 29, but nothing has happened yet...Does any one know what date they are working on ??- murtaza_p
