IIO asked me to wait another year to get my case approved. I just called the TSC 3 minutes ago and the guy told me to wait another year to hear anything back form TSC. They are processing year 2000 cases.. Qixin Zuo

First, you should consult this with a good attorney. Second, always put the truth on the paper. I think your reason is understandable for INS. In the bio, I do not think it is good idea to put it as work time during that period. It is just my opinion. Good luck to you!

Did you get FP done on the same day you went to local Office? Your FP was done on Jan. 26th, 2002. May I ask when you went there, and what supporting materials you brought to show, and which office was it. Thanks.

TSC does not require Siganature card... I received our EAD (No Siganature Card) with no problem... Our attorney told us that TSC does not need blue card...

FYI I tried numerious times on Tuesday and finally got through arount 3:15 PM (EST). The trick is that dialling and taking a break and dialing. I have a similar RD (03/09/01) and ND (03/19/01)and the IIO refused to order a FP for me since he thought it is too early.. See my previous post.. Good...

Guys, I just talked to IIO at TSC about the my FP request. He said they are processing March, 2000 cases so they can not order FP for me since they are afraid it will be expired before it gets approval. I said I saw several 2001 casese got approved, he said No, No and keep saying they are...
