My friend Gabbar got Approval in less than a week after assignment Hope for the best. I also called 4th June, IIO said my case was assigned(RD 07/02, ND 08/17, FP 03/06) my guess is before 06/30/02

No problem . My friend had same issue. His FP scheduled in OH, he moved to LA and he gave FP there. Only difference for him is they took manual FP, probably due to region diference, but I am not sure

Keep checking the AVM message everyday. Your case can be approved anytime, why can\'t today?? Probably they need you real fast, that\'s why they digged down the pile, picked up your application and assigned to the officer.

FP depends on State - Which state you are in?? There should be some problem. I guess IIO\'s can manually request for FP. My friend in July RD had same problem , he talked with three to four IIO\'s, and finally they scheduled for May 6th. Try to catch another IIO and see. Good Luck

What IIO told is ND 08/01 not RD 08/01 My friend talked yesterday with IIO, she told they are now processing Aug 01 Notice Dates. Remember there are still lot of pending cases from July, April, March etc. It will take a while to assign November ND cases.
