I talked to a friend who had talked to an IIO yesterday. She was told it took 600 days for 485 now. Her case: EB1 with current PD, ND 10/99, FP 01/01, China. Any thought on this?

I also got FP notice and yellow and green forms. Since the employment letter we gave to INS is still very recent, do we have to respond to the yellow form by sending INS another employment letter? Any input is appreciated. Jesse1 (PD 04/99, RD and ND 12/00, EB2, China)

I didn\'t have a lawyer, so I got two copies of 485 approval. Although the stamping officer took one  

about grades you dont need good grades to go to CC. But while in CC, you need to work hard to get good grades, so when you try to transfer to 4-yr-college, you will be easily accepted and possiblly be awarded scholarship. I know people who did this.
