News from DOL My lawyer called VA DOL yesterday. They said they are done with April RIR filings and things will speed up soon. She also said they assigned different people to RIR and NONRIRs. Anybody else can verify this?

No Title My lawyer told me yesterday that va DOL are processing May RIR cases. She think my case should be cleared in August. ( my case is filed in Dec 01).

From what posted on immigration.com The current date moved a week since November (from April 11th to April 20th). Hopefully just another month or two for the rest of April and they will clear the April cases early next year.

Anybody talked to Virginia DOL recently? Are they still working on April 20th?

How long it takes for Regional DOL? My lawyer told me that Virginia is working on April cases right now, and after that Regional DOL will need another 3 months. Is that the case? Does that means we are not going to get the labor certification until a year later? any idea?

Do you mean these 245 are not going to affect our RIR case?  

No Title I guess VA_waiter means these 245(i)s will have to put out Ad after DOL and this will take them much longer to get to INS?
