you can come back on AP and your status is valid. but your h1 will become invalid unless your passport has stamp on it.
My suggestion is, wait for ead and roll your work authorization to ead, and travel. then you don\'t need h1 stamping.

lawyer didn\'t gave any details except they mailed on oct 11th, received receipts on nov 21st. But i will find out and post here soon. For FP location i live in sunnyvale.

sjk, i mean to say, if no one receive their receipts in october, then there will be no cases to process. when they finish approving cases for sept, then they will jump to our wac numbers.
anyway, PDs remain current for the next year too. that is a good news.

If no one received their wac numbers from oct 2nd to as of today, when the adjudication starts they will jump from sep to nov. So we are still lucky!

seems to be people who mailed in october haven\'t receive their receipts. sept. is a lucky month, they got their receipts within 1 or 2 weeks.

if you applied thru your lawyer, then they will receive the receipt notice, and from there onwards you can track your application using the number on receipt, but not before. if you applied by your self, your check will be cashed, that will tell you where your application is.
