NEED NOT TO WORRY !!! No problems friends .. I talked to couple of my friends ..they didn\'t have priority date on I485 receipt but they never had any problem and processing went thru smoothly ..

Priority date is empty on my I485 receipt. I applied in EB2/RIR category in June 2000. When filed for I485 in June 2001 priority date was current. Is this a problem ?

One of my friend got laid off 7 months after applying for I485. Got a new job under AC21 after 1 month. Then Got his Green Card. But after one month of getting Green Card, lost his job again (Company couldn\'t get the project). Is he elogible to get unemployment benefits now ?

AC21 is not a problem .. No Gheewala ji .. lots od people have changed their jobs using AC21 and got Green Card without any problem ..even if with RFE ..
