    Check Murthy site.. I think I saw several months back, in Murthy\'s site that she had successfully got approvals for cases with salary mentioned in the LC was higher than actual salary because of the economic downturn.

    How often is too often to call and speak to INS officer?

    If Over due...Once a month is fine When you call they would also be more helpful,if it is overdue and give some kind of status.If they are not happy they would definitely let you know.In no way it will affect your case though !! That is what I think.

    What does is your AVM say now ?? The RFE items are generally : 1.Employment Letter and Payslips,W2s etc etc. from the current comapany.Check out groups.yahoo.com/group/180days for 180 days changed cases. 2.Medical Reason RFEs..sometimes some tests have to be done or redone due to doctor goof...

    All hard cases are in this board ... There has been 3-4 March approvals out of the 40-50 people who have posted,compared to 35-40 approval of the 50 people who had posted for Feb 2001.
