    Had my senator\'s office call INS They got the same standard reply that they have received required papers on 10/29 , adjucating officer got papers on 10/30 and will take 30-45 days. Senator\'s off. asked me to call them after 45 days.

    RFE received and responded Received yesterday, replied today. Was for new passport copies(all pages) of my wife. Her passport expired this month. For me it was 99/00 W2 copy, tax return copy 99/00 and passport copies (all pages) PD 10/99, ND 12/12/00, EB2

    AVM updated this morning. RFE was issued on 15th. Haven\'t received yet. Mine is a simple case. Same company, single H1, no f1 etc. No company name change. No address change. I140 approved for AOS. But lawyer didn\'t send salary slips or w2 info with 485. Maybe that\'s what they are asking in...

    RFE was issued to me last week but not recieved yet. I am anticipating last 2 years w2 and tax returns and 2 months salary slips. Problem is that I don\'t have 1999 tax return copy and W2. Is there a way to get these now . Can employer issue a copy of old W2? are tax return transcripts from INS...

    Birth Certificate-Affidavites---Please suggest

    go to ur nearest \'Registrar of births and death\' office. Its normally located in collectrate. Get ur birth registered. get the birth cert. and have it in english also and get english version notorized in india. It does not matters if u register ur birth as of today.

    per IIO this morning, RFE was issued in my case yeaterday. Don\'t know the details of RFE yet. My FP was OK. What are the common things that can be asked in this RFE? Anyone????
