I called on Feb4th and IIO said that your case is at final stage and we do not know how much time it takes to get approved. I asked that did this case with an officer? IIO said that I do not know and I cannot tell that info. My case got approved on Feb 6th. Good luch buddies.

Any body out there who filed on I-485 on Jan 2001? I have filed my case on (ND) - Jan-11-2001. I have sent RFE on Aug 27 2002. I have not heard anything yet. :confused:

I have send my rfe on aug 27 02, INS website says that they received my RFE on Aug 27,02 and it takes from 450 to 480 days to process. I hope I will get the approval soon.

I got finger print notice second time because my first one has expired. Can I go earlier than the appointment date(Jan 08,2003)? ND: 01/11/2001. First time finger print date: April 30.

I did travel using my H1b renewal notice and Visa stamping while my I-485 is pending. You don't need AP if you have a valid H1b & visa stamping. Hope this helps.;)

I did call today IIO Nebraska. They said that my case is on pending and they did not say that it has been assigned to an officer. I did not ask whether it got assigned to an officer. Is anybody has this type of situation?:(
