HI CAPD02, Yes, this labor was filed in the past and I140 for that individual was rejected. Later it was filed on my behalf and it went thru fine. And, also I just checked the PD on the I140. Yes it is Oct22'05 and not Nov'2001. Am i screwed? Thanks a ton..... IMQ :mad:
