Wrong H1 Extension date
I have applied for my first H1b extension, and USCIS has sent me a I797 with only a 1year validity instead of the normal 3years. I have had the company lawyer file a petition in Oct of 2006 itself, however, it is now Jan2007 we have not heard anything yet. Has anyone faced this issue, and if so...- sxs7479
