Here's my frustrating case ( just like many others ). My I-140 ( EB-2 ) at Vermont has a ND of June 11, 2002. Then my I-140 receipt was used to file I-485 in Sept, 2002. EAD came through in Oct, 2002, FP got done in Nov.,2002. And I am pissed off, My I-140 has had no progress...
