I just travelled through KLM and you do not require transit visa, they just look at the validity of your PP.

I think guys the reason between difference of some people receiving their PPs early although they send later than other because of their case. If they changed company and the stamp is for the new company than there is like 1 month gap between SL and DC date and if it is same company just...

I called the DC office on Friday and the lady said that my PP is approved for stamping and is sent for printing. So yes it is my approval date.

The best thing for you to do is to ask your company's attorney to apply for duplicate of H1-B visa receipt which takes about the same time as new H1-B visa will take.

I had the same situation before but I was in US at that time. My attorney had to apply for duplicate H1-B receipt and it took like 3 months to get. The best thing for you to is to stay in Mumbai until you get duplicate receipt notice from your attorney.

Reply I think the premium processing is the best option, I got a good experience with it. You will get your H1-B approval within 10 days.
