Suppose my company moves to another location (maybe to another state) AFTER my LC is approved and while I-140 is pending, does the moving has any impacts to the whole GC process?

You are free to use "business necessity" if you'd like to. I don't see any rule in PERM that prevent you from doing so. Of cource your "business necessity" must be reasonable and you have to prepare for being audited.

My wife is going to apply LC under PERM soon. Suppose I am holding H4 currently, am I able to work as soon as her LC is approved? Or, do I have to wait until she files I-485?
