For processing times, one ought to use the (Receipt) Notice Date. However, for interim EAD one has to use the Received Date, which is the filing date. Hope that helps.

I would not be worrying so much if I were you. When is the Notice date on your NOA by the way. The mere fact that it was received in March and has a RD for that date doesn't mean it will have the same ND, so just relax and keep your fingers crossed. Hopefully you'd get it soon. Hope that helps...
