    Can you post the content of the RFE ? Its difficult to post suggestions/opinions without looking at the content of the RFE. IMHO:You best case case scenario : respond to the RFE ( again, it depends on what the RFE is about) You can always redo the labor with the right wording.

    The Labor does not seem to demonstrate that it qualifies for EB-2. As per my understanding, for EB-2 You need to have a Masters or a Bachelors plus 5 years of progressive experience. Additionally, you cant have a combination of degrees if you go with the second option (BS+5 ). Now to answer...

    I have a 3+3 years combination degree. "Bsc (C.Sc) + MCA" equated to Masters. Concurrently filed I140 &485. Approval date: June 2005 ( after a A2P RFE). PD 2003. I am planning to add my wife to my 485 (when my PD becomes current). I would appreciate opinion(s) from all the gurus here...
