Newark INS closed on Saturday! PLz read this from INS site for Newark Office: This office is open to the public at 7:30 AM except on Wednesdays when an appointment is necessary. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.

Check with ur Legal Dept PPl have received FP notices even for ND april 00

The Trend The trend looks like May-00 to oct-00 EB@ have been picked up for processing while Sep-99 - April-00 EB3 have Rfe\'s or no RFE\'s at all ...but looks like they r getting assingned to officers (Should hear in 3-4 weeks max)

No Title I spoke with an INS rep. From her info looks like our cases r being assigned to officers ..should hear in 4 weeks or earlier. According to her the INS officers are not supposed to take new cases till old cases are taken care of....

RD 03/00 ND 04/00 PD 04/97 Well hope we get it soon. I can\'t even get the INS number ti inquire on the status. Once they say ur case was assigned to officer in may 01 ..then last month they said its waiting tot be assigned.. We can only hope for the best
