YES My LUD had changed for FP recived on Sep 09 2004 Than After 2 month on Nov 08 2004 LUD changed but No Status change (I was expecting an RFE but itwas an approval ) I-485 Approved on 11/18/2004 But for I-140 There was no LUD change Direct Approval.
