You are probably right.. EB3 from India.. But the other user Sunilgin (July 1st RD) was an EB3 from India and a few retrogessed users from June 2004 got approved in the last few weeks as well.. so I was hoping :-)

Although we filed 140 and 485 concurrently for self and spouse and received individual receipts for self and spouse for 485, my spouse did not receive the 140 receipt. We received only mine. The lawyer said there won't be one (140 receipt) for my spouse. Is that true? Thanks in Advance.
