When you get an RFE what does the message change to? If someone's message says RFE and can post the actual text from the INS website, I would appreciate it.

Romalin is correct and that's what I said in my previous post .. although RADMEN is thinking EAC is dependent on RD. Well, if it was then RADMEN's EAC should have been smthg like EAC-01-2XX-YYYYY, 'coz 8/27/01 would be the last week for INS's 2001 "work" year.

Didn't you get the approval copy? The aprroval copy says you can come on any day. Why did you have to go on a specific day?

Nope... the EAC # is based on the ND rather than the RD. EAC-02-XXX-YYYYY. INS beings the new year from Oct 1st. '02' indicates the year of ND. XXX indicates the # of business day for that year. Finally YYYY is the serial no.
