I have a question for all the folks whose wives received a medical RFE or if only one of the spouse got the RFE.
Question : Does the status for both husband and wife's I485 changes to RFE (from Finger Prints received and blah blah blah)when only one of them actually had a medical RFE? Or the...
Did your wife take the TB test?
Did your wife take the TB test? My wife was also pregnant when we filed the 485. She skipped the shots and the TB test but completed the other physical. I read someone on the board saying his wife didn't take the shots but was approved w/o RFE, although she took...
Thanks tusker!
So the AVM does not mention anything about the word "RFE". Did you check the INS site for your case? There is a "Current Status" field on the results page. If you could post it that would be great. The text below the status would be like " On 09/19/2002 we have mailed you a...
Hey R C
My RD is also 9/27. Tomorrow is the 1 year anniv. Well, if they won't be updating their system then we will have to wait for the courtesy copy in mail. Hopefully we will be approved soon!:)
Hey gary_mail.....
...the JULY /AUG filers should definitely call the IIO but what will "sending a letter or some thing to the INS through your lawyer" achieve and what are you gonna write to INS -- "Hey you guys are so slow in processing OR you forgot to approve me".
I do feel bad for the...
When you get an RFE what does the message change to? If someone's message says RFE and can post the actual text from the INS website, I would appreciate it.
Congratulations!
Hey everyone's getting approved, when will I get approved:confused: . This is the 4th approval on this board with my RD.:( This is making me loose my last drop of patience:mad: Anyways, congratulations!
Greaty-K: Please do not reply to old approvals. No offence here and I appreciate you maintaining your website. If you want to add an old approval to the statistics, you may do so and send him/her a private message. But the way you are doing, it bumps up the message to the beginning which noone...
Romalin is correct and that's what I said in my previous post
.. although RADMEN is thinking EAC is dependent on RD. Well, if it was then RADMEN's EAC should have been smthg like EAC-01-2XX-YYYYY, 'coz 8/27/01 would be the last week for INS's 2001 "work" year.
Including me makes it 22
Still waiting
I have been checking the AVM on a daily basis for the past 3 weeks in the hope that it might have been approved. I am still 2 weeks away from my Anniv. date though. :(
Nope...
the EAC # is based on the ND rather than the RD. EAC-02-XXX-YYYYY. INS beings the new year from Oct 1st. '02' indicates the year of ND. XXX indicates the # of business day for that year. Finally YYYY is the serial no.
