Duration of stay for frequent visitor
I have been hearing from friends that frequent visitors to the US are not being given 6 months to stay. My mother will be leaving in January and planning to come back in April. Will there be a problem in getting her I-94 stamped for 6 months ? Please share your experience. Thanks, Sudha.- sudha_ravi

GC for frequent visitor
We just had a baby and we would like my mother to visit us frequently to take care of our baby. I am a GC holder and eligible to apply for US citizenship. I would also like to apply for a GC for my mother once I become a citizen. My question is whether my mother's GC will be affected in any...- sudha_ravi
