Sorry, I can\'t clearly remember the dates. I think ND was May 2, 2001 and AD was Feb 22, 02 but I could be wrong.

if that\'s a question I think the answer should be "yes". After the passport stamp you probably don\'t need a US visa for re-entry. I would double check.
