AVM Changed FP done on 3/9... AVM changed to Process Resumed...on 3/21

Done FP in advance done FP on 3/9 scheduled for 4/6...

TinkyWinky & NJ_VSC_GC RD-12/26 ND-1/8 State-PA My wife got RFE for her EAD (but not for AP)and she got her AP approved after her EAD was approved..

Receivd FP notices today (3/6) for myself & wife .. scheduled on 4/6 also received the pending AP for my wife.

Doesn\'t matter as far as the dependent doesn\'t use the EAD!  

EAD approved for Wife after getting RFE RFE issued on 1/28 & replied on 2/5 and approved on 2/14 Waiting for the card now!

EAD & AP cards received on 2/7 EAD & AP cards received 2/7 for myself & my son Still waiting RFE for Wife\'s EAD and no update for Wife\'s AP!! And ofcourse waiting for FP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RFE for Wife\'s EAD received and replied!! Received a strange RFE about her wrong Date of Birth in their system!! RFE replied (copies of Birth certiface and all affidavits, which we have already given them with the application).. Now waiting for the AVM to update!!!

My EAD&AP approved RD-12/26 ND-1/8 I got RFE for my wife\'s EAD and her AP is also pending but my son\'s AP is also approved.

Go ahead and do it as far as I know there is no problem in getting it done early! GOODLUCK!

Ajay92 -Great news about your FP your things are moving really fast, at this pace I think you should expect your GC by March end. when are you planning to do your FP?

AOS & CP Well as far as I know AOS is Adjustment of status which is know as i-485 and for which the processing is done here in US but in case of CP which is Consular processing, the processing is done at the US consulate of your home country..

Congrats! Mine ND is also 9/28 ... but still waiting.. I think your ND is 9/28 as your EAC stats with 01.. At VSC the AOS takes time between 10 months to 12 months and CP is much faster than AOS as I have heard it takes less than 6 months!

the no is right try this no. late night! I have seen that VSC is taking 2 weeks to 6 weeks for RFE.

well Family history doesn\'t matter As far is the applicant and his dependents are free from TB at the time of test I don\'t see any problem in getting the GC... But in case one is still infected then it is a problem...
