    Could not help myself and i talked to friendly IIO. she said my case is not yet assigned to an officer. RD 04/27/2001, ND 07/12/2001, FP 11/27/2001 . she told that they go by RD and i should hear from them within 1 month. keeping my finigers crossed.

    when i checked the status of my case it says that my case was recieved on july 12 2001 and its taking between 365 and 540 days to process these types of cases. my rd is 27 april 2001 and Nd 12 july 2001. i\'ve have received my FP still for my I-485 case any idea when can i expect FP notice...
