Probably u need to sell yourself more. It happened in my wifes case. 1. Show then the proof of tickit 2. Show then the medical records ( FAX ) the reason why u need to travel. 3. Tell then u called NSC and they adviced u to go to Local office & get it as u do not have time 90 days time...

RFE was about employment letter.....Lawyer took 3 weeks ( 22 days ) to answer RFE. Documents send to INS Feb28.....

RFE issued regarding H1. After My h1 expired i was on EAD. INS has asked to submit my EAD papers.... Hopefully i won't get any more RFE's.....

After a long struggle i have finally got into one of the IIM's for MBA program for Acadamic Year - 2003. My 485 is pending approval. With RD of OCT 2001. Lets assume i get approval by Early next year. What are my options if i have to be outside USA for 2Yr without giving up my PR status.:)
