    Hearty Congratulations! My RD is August 23. Awaiting Approval. Can you tell me if your I-140 was approved for CP or AOS? Mine was approved for CP. It would help me understand why it is taking so long. Thanks

    August - is there hope?

    ME too. Rd August 23,2001. MY I-140 was approved for Consular processing. INS needs to call back papers from the consulate office. One possibility for delay. Do you have a similar situation? l

    August waiters- any CP related delays?

    My RD is August 23,2001. No approval yet. My I-140 was approved for CP. I am wondering is this the cause for the delay. Any August waiters in a similar situation?
