Hi All, Does I485 final approval depend on PD, RD and category (EB2/EB3) as well. It seems that whatever cases have been approved till 3/2001 (RD) are of EB2 - 06/2000 or lower PD and EB3 - 01/1999 or lower PD. Please clarify.

Guys please help, My I-485 was filed in EB3 in July\'01. I also got my EB2 I-140 approved in Oct\'01. Can I convert this same EB3 I485 appln to EB2 I485 appln by sending this new approved I140 notice. If not, do I have any other options (as it looks like the Priority dates will retrogress...
