I tried email system today morning and it is working.

Check in your labor application that your attorney has mention your Company phone number. My attorney is so nice that she forgot to write down my Company phone number and I am not able to retrieve status using AVM. If this is the case then try email status check by using your company tax ID.

What is the phone number of AVM system and what option to select to find out last case number they have approved. This will be useful to find out how far my case number is. Based on your number there are 1800 cases ahead of me for approval.

Hi Sujay, We both are in same boat. My Company name is also changed. I spoke with my attorney and she said she had already resolved the name change issue when application was at SESA. But status auto reply system is still showing old company name. Is there any way to confirm the name change?
