No Title Please find a good lawyer. I\'m sure you will get GC; but you might have trouble if you happen to cross over with INS again (apply for citizenship, lost GC card, renew card...). INS will find you no longer work for the old company and revoke your GC.

No Title You don\'t need H-1 to change your job since you already have EAD. If somehow your GC is denied, your EAD expires immediatly. In that case, you have to go back to H-1 immediatly, as long as your company sponsor you.
