Hello Whereis_GC, How long did it take you to get the FOIA request back from FBI, did you send fax or email .... is there a format that I can use to initiate an FOIA request.... :confused:

I opened a ticket on 04/26 and USCIS responded saying they are waiting for my finger printing results. I did my finger printing in Nov 2004 and they received the results 11/29/2004. When I called USCIS back they told me that they are waiting for my background checks (guess name check) ...

Thanks for your reply dogbert99 .... I did not send a letter to FBI, I only called them after my FP.... If I want to contact FBI then Is it going to be a name check letter/email?? Any advise is appreciated Thanks, Ravi.

Hello Myflightcn, My LUD changes are same as yours on I485 (last LUD is 05/13/2005), my I140 is approved on 04/14/05 and the last LUD on I140 is 04/15/05 .... Did you see any more LUD changes on your case???? has anyone gone thru similar LUD changes....How can i find out what was the last LUD...

I have opened the ticket on Apr 20th...hope this helps...

Hello Positive4GC, My RFE (01/06/2005) was on ability to Pay, USCIS needed the reviewed financial statements from the date the Labor was filed, ie., 2001 THRU 2003/2004. My company got their financial statements revied by CPA and sent in response on 03/28/2005. Let me know if you need furhter...
