Hi kavipura: your attorney should have a letter stating when your petition was received. the day you file may not be your PD. but you can assume your PD is very close to 03/2004, there is no RD(received date) for you because you have not receive 45 day letter. you won't know which center...

hi hoplesLC: if u go with perm, let's say u get your LC in 2 months and then u apply 140, u still have long wait at 485 stage (with 2004PD). if u loose your 2004 PD after u convert then the wait at 485 is even longer. at this point, i would not do anything and observe the visa number...
