I was monitoring EAC-02-060 cases for which RFE response had been received by BCIS. This morning i noticed a case( EAC0206054536) go from RFE received to "Card Ordered". Is this common??

U are wrong There are tons of Nov. cases still pending. Dec. is barely touched. Don't expect any Feb. approvals any time soon.
